This website (the "Website") is operated by PT Bondi Lab Indonesia ("ELYN", "we", "us", "our"), a foreign investment company (PT PMA) established under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia by Deed of Establishment No. 34 dated 22 June 2026, approved by the Ministry of Law under No. AHU-0050073.AH.01.01.TAHUN 2026.

PT Bondi Lab Indonesia is the data controller of the personal information collected through this Website. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights you have.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
a) Information you give us
When you submit an enquiry form or contact us by email or WhatsApp, we may collect:
- your full name, email address and phone/WhatsApp number;
- the plot, topic or type of request you select (for example: availability and price, site visit, prospectus, ownership structure);
- any message or question you choose to send us;
- any further information you share with us during our conversations.
We do not sell anything through this Website and we do not collect payment card or bank details through it.
b) Information collected automatically
When you visit the Website, our hosting provider (Shopify) and similar technologies may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, time spent on the Website and the referring website. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 8).
3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your personal information to:
- reply to your enquiry and send you the information you requested;
- arrange site visits, calls or meetings you ask for;
- prepare and manage a possible land purchase, including coordination with notaries, PPAT officials and advisers if you decide to proceed;
- keep a record of our communications with you;
- operate, secure and improve the Website;
- comply with our legal obligations under Indonesian law and any other applicable law;
- send you updates about ELYN only where you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
4. LEGAL BASES (FOR VISITORS IN THE EU/UK)
Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or UK GDPR applies, we process your personal information on the following bases:
- to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (answering your enquiry, preparing a purchase);
- our legitimate interests in running and improving our business and the Website;
- compliance with legal obligations;
- your consent, for example for optional marketing communications or non-essential cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with:
- Shopify, which hosts the Website and receives form submissions;
- Google (Google Workspace), which we use to store and manage enquiries in a secure spreadsheet and to handle email;
- notaries, PPAT officials, legal, tax and technical advisers, only if you decide to proceed with a purchase and only as needed for the transaction;
- government authorities, where required by law.
These providers process your information on our behalf or under their own legal obligations and are required to protect it.
6. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
We are based in Indonesia and our service providers may store and process information in other countries, including the United States, Europe and Australia. Where required by law (for example under the GDPR), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
7. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We keep enquiry information for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete it earlier. If you proceed with a purchase, we keep the related records for as long as required by Indonesian law and for the protection of our legal rights.
8. COOKIES
The Website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for it to work, and may use analytics cookies to understand how visitors use it. Where required by law, we ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies. You can also manage or block cookies in your browser settings.

- receive a copy of your information in a portable format.

10. COMPLAINTS
If you have a concern about how we handle your personal information, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, such as the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) in Australia or the supervisory authority in your country if you live in the EU or UK.
11. SECURITY
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information. However, no transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive documents (such as passport copies) through the Website forms. We will tell you how to share them securely if they are needed.

The Website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
